Our product is composed of a black garlic extract ABG10+Ⓡ (Aged Black Garlic), which comes from a unique type of garlic and has better organoleptic properties than ordinary white garlic.
Our black garlic is harvested at exactly the time when the concentration of S-allyl-cysteine is highest, resulting in a black garlic extract standardised to 0.1% S-allyl-cysteine and thus having 10 times more antioxidant capacity than standard black garlic. It is produced in Spain in Castilla la Mancha, using traditional growing and harvesting methods.
Organic black garlic is an excellent alternative to monacolin K from red yeast rice.
